The cover image that appears at the top of your profile will only appear as a video when you have an active video add-on. When you do not have an active video add-on, the image at the top of your profile will remain as your chosen cover image.
If you can’t see your profile ad in the NZ Pleasures directory your profile ad is either: Under moderation Set to “hidden” Your subscription has expired Profile Under Moderation If your profile is currently under moderation you will see a blue bar at the top of your profile, that looks like this: Hidden Profile If you profile is hidden you will see a yellow bar at the top of your profile, that looks like this: To change your profile ad from hidden to visible: Select “view my ad” at the top right of the screen Click the eye icon next to your edit profile pencil icon Switch from hidden to visible and click update. To change your profile name: Click the dropdown next to your profile name (top right) Select ‘My Account’ from the dropdown menu Choose ‘My Details’ from the menu bar From here you can change your first and last name, as well as your display name *Note: if you have entered your legal name at check out instead of your working name, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to amend this.
